Fire By The Monon
At Fire by the Monon, our fire station has the capacity for daylong
subtle smoking and rotisserie preparation. Then we direct-sear our meats
over an open flame so our customers savor the full effects of a
grilled, seared experience.
We smoke our meats using indigenous hard woods and fruitwoods, and we
believe that you can taste the difference. In addition, we use only
the finest quality of foods, making sure that we support Indiana
growers. In fact, our first step includes working with local producers
and suppliers to bring their best products to your table. Consequently,
our menus may change as the seasons change. We want our produce to be
fresh and of the best quality at all times.
You’ll also get a taste of “fire” in the preparation of our veggies.
Our menu is eclectic, yet family friendly…exotic in taste, but down-home
in cooking style. Our beers and wines represent local breweries, and
our servers will suggest new brews for you to try.
