Lutz’s Steakhouse
This steakhouse has been open for nearly 30 years and offers the retiree crowd a nightly helping of hand-cut steaks, seafood and more. The decor is casual English traditional with cherry wood paneling and a forest green color palette.
Regulars, many of which have been dining here since the doors first opened never start a meal without the onion-ring loaf. From there, it is easy leap to the prime rib dinner for most guests.
For a carnivore's lair, there is a respectable amount of seafood choices including salmon Florentine, french-fried lobster and Mahi Mahi.
Much to the delight of regulars, each meal is accompanied by a salad (drizzled with homemade dressing), a vegetable and Lutz's famous butterscotch rolls.
Although it may be hard to think of doing anything but napping after all that food, Lutz's offers live music four nights a week with styles ranging from big band to Jimmy Buffett.
