This course, which was built in the front yard of a house, has fairly level terrain, but many holes were designed alongside the Brandywine Creek. As a result, the water hazards make for some challenging play during the middle holes. The fairways are open, and all the greens are elevated and vary from medium to small in size. The signature hole is #3, a 193-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a large undulating green. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
